Terms of Service
1. Private beta
Framelift is offered as an invitation-only beta. Access may be changed, limited or withdrawn at any time, and features may change without notice.
2. Your content
You keep all rights to the files you upload. You confirm that you own them or have permission to process them, and that they do not infringe the rights of others.
3. Acceptable use
Do not use the service to process unlawful content, to disrupt the service, or to attempt to gain unauthorized access to it or to other users' data.
4. File retention
Uploaded files and conversion results are deleted automatically a short time after a job finishes. Keep a copy of anything you need to retain.
5. No warranty
The beta is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for lost data or indirect damages arising from its use.
6. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after an update means you accept the new terms.
